Hello, and welcome to my new blog.
In late winter or spring of 2009, after a year or so with no transmission or drivetrain actually installed on the car, I got both of them properly installed on my 1983 BMW 533i. With a freshly charged battery hooked up for the first time in years, I got in the car, closed the door, and all the doors locked. I unlocked the door... and it promptly locked itself again. It's been downhill from there.
I'm going to be repairing and replacing the electronics in my 1983 BMW 533i here. Most of the mechanical stuff -- with the exception of cosmetic items -- has been done already.
